Start of the 7 weeks project

Last week we had the greatest week with Kevin Dart and Chris Turnham. They tought us about concept design, and helped us developing a set and a charecter for our seven week project, that we in the end will build in 3D.

This is The Female Fortunetellerfish, Aurelia.
Her mother was an acrobatswimmer, that one day, during practice of one of their greatest acts, got lost in the sea. The evening after she came back to the coast. Nine months after she had Aurelia, a little girl. This was, for Aurealia, the beginning of an exiting lifejourney, traveling the world with the circus, telling peoples fortunes in her luring-lantern.

One of the first weeks of school, Julia Bracegirdle was here as a teacher, to make characterdesigns from paintspots and cutout.

Here is some of the designs I made:

This is some of my Magic dough freinds I had a lot of fun making in the summerholiday.

I've been asked for the recipe sometimes.
- 2 times flour
- 1 time salt
- 1,5 time water (till its dough)
If they are kind of small, it takes 20min 200degrees.

When they are cold, you can paint them with acrylics. I painted them black first, and added other colours on top, to make them look like they had an outline.

My first summerholiday this year was with my dad and my brother. This trucker sneaked into this paper while we were driving through Berlin, Prague and Heidelberg. I tried to catch the essence of true beauty you find behind the windows in the other big trucks. He doesen't really belong to the rest of the drawings - not to be fooled.
